ABOUT KIRSTEN:
Kirsten began her real estate career as an attorney, representing contractors, sellers, and buyers in real estate transactions while in private practice. She also assisted her husband, Jeff Wallace of Wallace Custom Design & Renovation, with his residential remodeling business. Kirsten lent her legal expertise to Wallace Custom Design on the seller’s side to complete several private sale transactions of homes that were completely transformed into beautiful custom homes. In 2008, Kirsten joined Community Real Estate as an associate broker. She specializes in assisting clients find the perfect Boise home or condominium to complement their home purchase in McCall. And, with her background in renovating properties, she can help you find a diamond in the rough, identifying a property’s unique features to create the home that each buyer wants with input from Jeff Wallace of Wallace Custom Design & Renovation.
